But who owns fixing this? Maybe we all do, but women own taking the actions to fix it for themselves. And we all own helping teach the skills to do so. Publicity and activism help. Spending the last week at the National #SHRM19 conference with 20,000 plus people provided the opportunity to see and hear a lot of speakers across a diverse group of topics and styles. Things don’t always go as planned. After a great week at SHRM19 in Las Vegas, I planned to be back in the comforts of my own home Wednesday night.
