The small class size for the “Using Assessments in Career Development” course provided a lot of opportunities to collaborate with other professionals. After completing this course, I feel that I have a better understanding of how to leverage career assessments with the students I work with. In addition, it also introduced me to some new assessments that I had not heard of before. With this new information, I have already been able to make a large impact with my students while they are in the discovery phase of their job search using these assessments.
