New Hire Orientation Videos

For over 30 years Clearview Cancer Institute has provided leading-edge treatment and compassionate care to those diagnosed with cancer or blood disorders. Clearview offers every service and amenity needed in an outpatient setting.

Clearview Cancer Institute (CCI) is a leading healthcare provider specializing in cancer treatment and patient care. As part of its commitment to delivering excellent service, CCI sought to enhance its New Hire Orientation Program by incorporating comprehensive video content. This initiative aimed to provide new employees with essential training on critical topics such as HIPAA compliance, infection control, workplace ethics, and diversity and inclusion.

CCI recognized the need for an efficient, engaging, and standardized method to onboard new employees, ensuring they were well-versed in key operational protocols and compliance requirements from day one. However, the existing onboarding process lacked the multimedia resources necessary to cater to diverse learning styles and streamline information delivery. CCI turned to Horizon Point Consulting (HPC) to develop and deliver the new hire orientation content through training videos.

HPC collaborated with CCI’s internal marketing team to design, develop, and record a series of high-quality orientation training videos. These videos were structured to provide comprehensive training across a range of critical areas, including:

  • Sensitivity Training & Anti-Harassment: Fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment free from harassment.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promoting an inclusive culture where diverse perspectives are valued.

The collaboration resulted in four hours of completed training video content, effectively transforming CCI’s New Hire Orientation program. The videos standardized the delivery of essential information, saving time and resources while ensuring that every new employee received consistent and high-quality training.

Through its partnership with Horizon Point Consulting, CCI successfully modernized its New Hire Orientation program, equipping employees with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in their roles.
